I had been using Bare Essentials for a while, and at the end of the day, it never looked that good. It got kinda patchy, and either it didn't cover, or if it did cover, it did look caked. This doesn't hide all imperfections, but it does provide excellent coverage, it looks totally natural, never cakey, and wears all day- like all 18 hours of the day. I really love it. I don't need to check the mirror during the day, because I know my foundation is going to look great all day. I also have a corn and gluten allergy, so it's fantastic that it doesn't bother my skin at all.

Normally, shimmery colours and brownish tones clash with my colouring due to the harsh orange or purplish undertones in them but I really wanted to find one I could get away with. It's almost like a colour I had in the 80's that I absolutely loved and have never been able to find again--it was a soft copper. This colour is best suited to people with warm and delicate colouring since it is a warm and delicate colour itself. One other thing to note: This is the second Bellaphoria lipstick I've used now, and I love the way they feel. They don't wear off (yet they wipe off easily without feeling sticky) and my lips feel absolutely naked and smooth while wearing it. It's like I'm not even wearing any lipstick at all--that's probably my most favorite thing about Bellaphoria's lipsticks so far.
